DINING REVIEW: BRICKYARD MICROBREWERY
Brickyard Microbrewery is a popular local spot in central Boca Raton due to its convenient location, relaxed atmosphere, great prices, and late hours. It is very popular among the locals of different age groups, who come to Brickyard to enjoy its very reasonably priced food and beverages at the convenient location. Brickyard has a daily happy hour on drinks from open until midnight, and many generous food specials, which are offered daily, weekly, or now also seasonally.
Below we are going to describe three of our favorite Brickyard food specials: Wednesdays’ ribs, Sundays’ prime rib, and the daily New York strip. The ribs and prime rib are available from 4 PM to 10 PM on their respective days, until supplies last. This is particularly important on Sundays, as Brickyard oftentimes runs out of prime rib well before 10 PM, depending on the supply and demand.
BRICKYARD MICROBREWERY’S WEDNESDAYS’ SPECIAL: RIBS ($10.95)

Every Wednesday, Brickyard Microbrewery in Boca Raton runs a special on a rack of their delicious ribs with a choice of a side. You can choose either baby back or St. Louis ribs. Brickyard’s St. Louis ribs are definitely our favorite, as they are meatier, juicier, and more flavorful than baby back ribs. The sides offered include regular fries, sweet potato fries, rice, Caesar salad, house salad, mashed potatoes, broccoli, fried onion rings, and chili. A whole rack of their ribs with a very generous side can easily be shared between two people or two meals.
BRICKYARD MICROBREWERY’S SUNDAYS’ SPECIAL: PRIME RIB ($13.95)

On Sundays, it is a prime rib night at Brickyard. For $13.95, you get a 12 oz prime rib with a baked potato or a choice of a side. The sides offered include regular fries, sweet potato fries, rice, Caesar salad, house salad, mashed potatoes, broccoli, fried onion rings, and chili.
The prime rib, which I order medium rare, was flavorful and juicy, and came with au jus sauce. I had also asked for the creamy horseradish sauce (horseradish and sour cream mix) to give the meat’s flavor a nice kick.
Just as with most of Brickyard’s portions, the huge prime rib with a very generous side can easily be shared between two people or two meals. Nevertheless, for the price of $13.95, we have not found a better deal on tasty quality prime rib in Boca Raton.
BRICKYARD MICROBREWERY’S DAILY SPECIAL: NEW YORK STRIP ($15)

Brickyard Microbrewery’s New York strip is a delicious 16 oz cut of meat with a side of your choice. The sides offered include regular fries, sweet potato fries, rice, Ceasar salad, house salad, mashed potatoes, broccoli, fried onion rings, and chili.
We ordered the strip medium, and it was still very juicy and flavorful. It was surprisingly tender (as New York strip is generally not *this* tender). The Ceasar salad was crisp and fresh, with just the right amount of dressing, and plenty of parmesan. It should be noted that Brickyard Microbrewery in Boca Raton makes its dressings in-house, which are all very good. This large 16 oz portion with a very generous side can easily be shared between two people or two meals.
